The taxis are suitable for wheelchair users, but the taxi can only hold one occupied Wheelchair at a time. Furthermore, tours involving occupied wheelchairs inside the taxi reduces the capacity from 6 passengers to either 3 passengers or 3 small passengers (best for 3 maximum).

Please note that tickets to the Roman Baths are not included when booking this tour package, as we cannot know how many guests will need tickets. You would need to contact us in advance to co-ordinate booking your tickets for the right time. Furthermore, it is always important to ensure that the Roman Baths are open before you book with us.

Cancellations up to 48 hours of the tour date incur 30% cancellations fees.

Cancellations within 48 hours typically non-refundable, however we take into consideration special circumstances.
