Luggage and Passenger Capacity

Whilst the London Black Cab Tour can take up to 6 people without luggage, this is reduced by above-small sized luggage. Typically the taxi can accomodate transfers for up to 4 people with large luggage. To be certain, if you have more than 3 passengers or extra large luggage, it is necessary to contact us in advance before booking to ensure we can fit all passengers and luggage safely.

Wheelchairs

Taxis are normally suitable for up to 6 people, but wheelchairs greatly reduce capacity, so please discuss with us before booking to ensure we can accomodate your needs.

Cancellations up to 48 hours of the tour date incur £100 cancellations fees, within 48 hours typically non-refundable, however we take into consideration special circumstances
